Kickoff Guest: We are thrilled to announce that the TAMU Chemistry Roadshow will be joining us on June 1st to kick off our week with a spectacular high-energy science show!
⚠️ Important: Current Enrollment Phase
To ensure we maintain proper leadership and safety ratios, we are currently in our Volunteer-First registration phase:
Volunteer Households: We are accepting registrations for all Adult Volunteers and their household participants (including Pixies, Broncos, and Youth Grades 1-6).
Independent Leaders: Registration is also open for AITs, WITs, Program Aides, and Wranglers. These roles do not require a household volunteer to attend.
Not volunteering? If you are looking to register a youth participant (Grades 1-6) without an adult volunteer, please stay tuned to the Band App. We will announce an “Open Call” for any remaining spots once our leadership ratios are met.

Payment: Fees can be paid via cash, check, or PayPal to bcsgirlscouts@gmail.com.
T-Shirt Deadline: All extra shirt orders ($10) must be paid by May 1st or they may be cancelled/resold.
